This Thanksgiving I wanted a tasty spin on a Vodka Cranberry, so I decided to check out my local Trader Joes for some garnishes and mixings. One of the drinks I love there is the Sparkling Cranberry Juice! I like to pour it into my drinks for a little spritz and added sweetener.
This drink was a fun one to make and super easy! My husband, Cameron is the cocktail maker in our home, so It seemed fitting to have him make this one for us – I photographed it as he went. 🙂
These beautiful cocktail glasses are from Wren Home and inspired this fun drink. They are thick and sturdy and even have a lovely Monogram option as well! This specific set is called the Birdie Glass Old Fashioned Set and comes with 6 glasses. Be sure and use the code MINDY20 for 20% off of your order!
Ingredients:
- 1-ounce Vodka
- 3/4 cup 100% Cranberry Juice
- 1/4 cup Sparkling Cranberry Juice (Trader Joes)
- Ice
- Apples
- Cranberries
- Rosemary
- Sugar and lime juice for your rims of glasses

Start with sugaring your rims of glasses by twisting a cut lime around the edges and then dipping them in sugar on a plate. Next up, add in your ice.

Now add in your rosemary and cranberries. You can do this at the end if you prefer, but I loved how the rosemary blended into the drink nicely when we poured the ingredients over it.
Then you will want to add in your shot of Vodka over the ice.
Now add in your sparkling cranberry juice. I like the one from Trader Joes. 🙂
Next up is your 100% cranberry juice!
Now for the garnishes! We sliced up a fresh apple and added it to the top… then we added in a few mums from our garden for color. Please note, I added this in just for an extra fall element. We took the flowers out before drinking – definitely don’t eat the plant. 🙂
As mentioned above this specific set is called the Birdie Glass Old Fashioned set and comes with 6 glasses. Be sure and use the code MINDY20 for 20% off of your order!

I hope you enjoy this tasty holiday drink! Cheers friends!
